It's 2.2" x 7" (5.5 cm x 17 cm) with a standard double-strip in the middle and two power rails on both sides. You can pull the power rails off easily to make the breadboard as thin as 1.4" (3.5cm). You can also "snap" these breadboards together, either way, to make longer and/or wider breadboards. The back is made of foam double-sided tape, if you remove the protective paper you can attach it to a flat clean surface.

As of May 17, 2022 - This full-size breadboard has been updated to Premium, making plugging and un-plugging boards and headers a buttery-smooth operation thanks up upgrade spring clips. Updated design also includes a metal plate. The metal plate is used to stick the breadboard on for mechanical support, and to keep the paper on the bottom from coming loose and sticking to things. secondly it provides a small amount of shielding to your circuits, and if you connect an alligator clip from it to earth/ground you will get an earthed shielding as well.
