They are sticky, but not impossible to remove. They're small enough to fit onto any board, and have just enough height to give clearance to thru-hole soldered components. We love them so much we include them free with every Arduino we sell, but we've also had requests to carry them seperately. Comes in a pack of 4 pieces.
