Margo will be a feature film developed from compelling 3D-modeled characters–in the bottom up tradition of starting with collectibles and narratives rather than largescale, box-office driven production. We’ll then partner with a production company to transform the characters and storyline into a feature film. We have begun that process by publishing Margo as a downloadable character from the Margo feature film that you can 3D print.  We worked with Jose Alves da Silva to create amazing 3D models for you to download and 3D print.

Margo is a smart young detective. Her parents are missing on a space exploration mission and she receives a cryptic message and a key that leads her to find her parents secret laboratory under the Brooklyn Bridge. It’s a cutting edge laboratory full of contraptions, robots, and a jet pack for her dog. She’s going to need all the advanced tech she can get because she’s also just uncovered a sinister plot schemed up by a local business mogul, Mr. Walthersnap, who turns out to be a bad guy.

We’ll be releasing new characters weekly that you can download, print, and play the adventure as we explore the frontier of character based movie making. Margo is our first project and it’s all about seeing how 3D printing can impact the film industry. We intend to explore the impact that 3D printing can have on many industries as we begin our work with great partners, brands, artists, and engineers..
