I have some small designs I made in kicad I made circuit boards using both dorkbotpdx and sparkfuns batchpcb. But assembly is realy annoying and slower than creating cad files.

I am looking for under 200$USD.
I found 2 sources online outside of the usa that would do my ~40 parts for less than $200.

It seems like many people can lazor cut kapton or paper or something stencils.
Then others have put a pick and place head on there cnc or made one or have access to one.

I think part of open source design is their should be a build it button with digikey and mouser part numbers and manufacture part numbers.
The files should have the pick and place file and gerbers and cad files kicad or eagle. That would be able to be tooled modified and added to and bilt to test if the original and modified worked. a tested trusted design place would be cool.

Open Source Ecology is looking for a Master Prototyper to help develop the Global Village Construction Set (GVCS). The GVCS is an open source platform consisting of the 50 different industrial machines that it takes to build a small civilization with modern comforts. The designs include everything from a tractor, to an oven, to a circuit maker, to a wide array of tools covering agriculture, construction, fabrication, energy, and transportation. We publish all of our plans and designs openly allowing anyone in the world to use, build upon, and contribute back to a common pool of human knowledge. That is the beauty of open source.

The ideal candidate would be a skilled, seasoned or retired machinist/fabricator/prototyper who is also up to date on digital fabrication. The candidate would also have a broad range of skills such as mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, automation, metal casting, and tool and die making.

The main development facility of the GVCS is called Factor e Farm, our living laboratory on 30 acres, one hour away from Kansas City. We have an office with two fast internet lines and a workstation for CAD and video editing. We have a workshop, a 4,000 sf flexible fabrication facility, which includes mills, drills, lathes, plasma cutters, welders, torches, a surface grinder, and other tools. We are off grid, except for the fast internet.

Our organization is growing tremendously. As part of this growth, we are looking for seasoned professionals to join our core development team.

I have purchased samples of the Adafruit Lithium solar charger PCB’s, and need to know who I could contact to develop a similar board with the below characteristics:

1. Charging for 4.2volt 12000mAh & 16000mAh lithium Polymer battery packs
2. Using a 6 volt 5 watt solar panel
3. Also allowing for inwards DC current from both 12 & 24volt VCC
4. The ability for both inward currents to be present at the same time
5. Outward current supply minimum of 10 volts, maximum of 12 volts (max amp)

I need to develop the system for a project that we are developing for a self powered vehicle solution. I am happy to pay the development costs, and offer MOQ of 500 units
