POSITION DESCRIPTION

TITLE: Reliability Engineer
SUPERVISOR: Production Engineering Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt, full-time
LOCATION: Lawrence, MA

DUTIES:

1. Maintenance and improvement of highest level inverter reliability
2. Root cause analysis of inverter field returns including authoring corrective action reports
3. Suggest design improvements to improve reliability
4. Qualification tests of new products including HALT
5. FMEA analysis of new products
6. Constant interaction with field service and production departments
7. Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. BSEE or MSEE and a minimum of 3 years related experience
2. Extensive experience in analog and digital circuit design
3. Understanding of PCB design and production
4. Hands-on experience with hand and electrical measurement tools
5. Ability to recognize priorities for rapid results
6. Self-driven and able to maintain own schedule
7. Safety conscious
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills
