Want to Hire Arduino Expert

Heres the deal. I know nothing about Arduino and programming Arduino. While I want to learn I do not have the luxury of time to learn fast enough to complete this project. I need to hire someone to design, build, program and ship a complete unit that will provide the functionality that I need to complete my project. Description: I want to create a physical spectrum analyzer similar to the once in this video but a bit larger scale. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4HtUwAkVDg Functionality desired: The Arduino will use a PWM fan control and 7 band equalizer chip (MSGEQ7) to control seven 120MM PWM PC 12 Volt Fans via sound using the equalizer chip. It will have a sensitivity control for the sound input. It should have a mic for audio input with a control for sensitivity but also have a jack that can be connected to an audio source to eliminate ambient room sound. Expect power draw of .18 A to .36 a per fan X 7 Fans. It was suggested to use Arduino Due for this project. Secondly I want to control 7 LED Rings (Like these http://www.adafruit.com/products/1586) that will be placed over each of the seven fans and controlled by sound that will change the color of the LED as intensity increases. I do not know if this can be done using the same MSGEQ7 chip that will drive the fans or if it needs another shield. I want the rings to start out blue at low intensity and move to green, orange, and red as intensity grows in the sound spectrum. The end result will be the fans creating a spectrum sound analyzer similar to the one in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4HtUwAkVDg My preference is to hire someone that can deliver the assembled electronics plug and play ready with seven 4 pin connector to power the 7 PWM fans and control them via sound and the 7 LED rings.
