Small, focused, interactive-entertainment company seeking a multi-talented
Embedded Systems Engineer with extensive understanding of software and network engineering

Freelance position, projects based in Los Angeles.

Qualifications:
Degree/other street cred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in C/C++ in an embedded environment
Experience with TCP and UDP communications
Knowledge of development tools such as compilers, debuggers and others
Experience/understanding of automation, and robotics, PLC's, Arduino and other micro controllers.
Must be able to prototype quickly
Software engineering skills
Networking Skills
Experience/understanding of show control for live entertainment-- automated rigging, lighting, sound, and special effects is a plus.
Gaming skills a plus
Multi tasking and team work skills are critical
Must enjoy turning ideas into mechanics quickly and efficiently
Cool demeanor, work well under pressure
Ability to lead and mentor project team members
