Formlabs spun off from MIT to develop a high quality, low cost 3D printer that enables designers and engineers to create 3D forms with the touch of a button. Our product will achieve an incredible quality and a beautifully simple user experience yet to be seen in desktop 3D printing.
At Formlabs, design and engineering go hand-in-hand. If you are a talented and passionate designer, we want you on our team to create professional, beautiful, and downright awesome graphic assets - from web content all the way down to product packaging and UI elements for desktop software. You should be ready to learn and implement at a pace others don’t believe possible while enjoying one of the most thrilling and fun adventures of your life. Compensation is competitive and rewards early-stage involvement.
You are:
- A Photoshop/Illustrator expert who has no qualms diving into the art of hacking with HTML/CSS and the like
-Ready to design, implement and maintain interactive web sites (content management systems, ecommerce systems, etc) and applications
-Able to quickly conceptualize and iterate designs, work with a diverse team (scientists, engineers, marketers), and guide new designers as they come onboard
-Professional, thrive on tight deadlines, and only turn off lights when the job is done
-Backed by a proven track record and a strong, diverse portfolio that shows you can handle anything we throw at you
