Prototyper / Circuit and Product Design

Brooklyn based R&D firm seeks an intelligent, flexible role player to consult on physical interface design from prototype to product.
We have projects in the arts, sciences, medical education and athletic disciplines and are looking for an inquisitive, hands-on developer ready for rapid prototyping concepts and ideas, workshopping, and translating prototyping into product. Familiarity with off-the-shelf products as well as circuit design and programming is a must.
Skills & experience we attracted to:
•sensors and electronics
•Arduino for prototyping
•circuit board design
•programming for microcontrollers and computer-based software
•wireless technology
Position is part-time/contract to start, based on our current projects, and work is available immediately for the right candidate. Recent grads are welcome.
