403 when trying to download Occidentalist .02

I am getting a 403 error when attempting to download Occidentalist .02 at http://adafruit-raspberry-pi.s3.amazonaws.com/Occidentalisv02.zip. I didn't see any mention of a login at http://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-raspberry-pi-educational-linux-distro/occidentalis-v0-dot-2.

make sure your on the page when clicking the link, directly linking will not work.
