Hello. I'm planning to mod my Game Boy and put a new screen on it and replace the components inside with a Raspberry Pi. And so I'm wondering, how can I use the d-pad and buttons on the Game Boy to my Raspberry Pi running a emulator ? Also what's the best way to go about doing this project (Battery, controls, emulator, display etc) ?
