Pc doesn't recognize any COM at control panel

Hi,
this will be easy but I'm in trouble.

Pc doesn't recognize the xoxobox when I try to connect to computer. I try to discover if it's running in system, control panel, administrator, but any COM or SERIAL there. However, when I connect a usb plug and play everything it's ok.
Without that on the air I can't connect it to the computer.

What I am doing wrong?

you have to install the FTDI (USB-Serial) drivers
so when you plug the x0x via USB - it should pop up as a "USB-Serial" device (virtual serial port)
