USB WiFi module with antenna

Does the USB WiFi module with antenna work with the ASUS RT-N66U ? I haven't decided whether or not I want to go with a faster adapter or if the Pi could take advantage of 450Mbps.

the wifi adapters are not high speed wifi, they should work with any wifi router but max rate is well below 450Mbps. Not sure the Pi can handle high speed either, its not a fast system.
