1-wire not working

Postby mapet » Wed Aug 08, 2012 4:17 pm

Hi, I'm don't now Raspberry pi and Linux enought yet.
1-wire communication is not working to me, and I don't know why.
Under Raspbian with Frank Buss kernel everything works fine (temperature sensor DS18B20), but if I try Adafruit's Occidentalis image, then it's not working and I really don't know where is the problem.

Are you using GPIO #4 (PIN07)?

data: GPIO4, pin7
Vcc: 3V3
gnd: gnd

+ 4k7Ω between data and Vcc

DS18B20 waterproof performance with about 1m long cable from ebay

I have just "install" OS on the card, using Win32diskmanager, connect from Windows via Putty SSH client and it don't want to work.
I have checked image MD5 and it was fine.
