If you're really hard up for finding an STA013 chip, the old KB Gear JAMp3 used it. My old ISP (which I quit in 2004) still has most of my old website online, including this http://members.aceweb.com/gregg1/jamp3stuff.html I saved the STA013.BIN file from the JAMp3 and posted it there.

It's not a TXT disguised as a BIN, so it may be of interest to some folks.

P.S. If you poke around the rest of the site, the prototype and engineering sample PowerBooks are long gone, but the pictures are still there.
