Power Supply kit included with Lady Ada toolkit

I just received 7 Lady Ada toolkits and have been using them in conjunction with the Arduino Experimentation kits we got from you. I forgot and then rediscovered the bonus pack of components and breadboard included in the toolkits that will allow us to create independently powered breadboards. But no circuit diagram or instructions were included to guide us in this endeavor. Help!
