Hi,
i ordered a couple of #322 led strands a while back and had one led in one strand flickering different colours for a while but now it´s constantly lit white.
How should i go about getting a replacement for this?( btw i do not think i signed up for the forums at the same time i ordered, seem to recall a question regarding that while ordering)
Thanks Jens

Hi. I moved this topic to the appropriate forum. When did you purchase these strips?

Hi,
sorry about posting it in the wrong forum!
i received them either late last year or early this year, can´t really remember.
My order number was #210905.
Thanks!

Almost immediately, i´m using them in an ambient lightning system and it took me a while before noticing. so can´t say for sure when it started, and i´m guessing it´s not a loose solder since all leds before and after act as they are supposed to.

OK. It is beyond our usual replacement period. But if you contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread we can work something out for you.
