RGB LED w/ PWM waterproof flexi strip Problem

Hi,
I bought one meter of RGB LED. Sometimes a part of LEDS will not turn on or are not controllable. An investigation has allowed me to see that there is a chip on it that malfunctioning. If I am to hand the chip, LEDs revert all controllable. have you got a solution for me?

Digital Addressable RGB LED

On the digital strips, sometimes a solder connection to the chip cracks from repeated flexing. These can usually be repaired with a soldering iron.

Yes ok but the problem is not between the connection of 2 LEDs it's the black chip which have a problem and it's not possible (for me) to repair its connexion.. If the problem was a connection between two LEDs it will be to easy to repair it :-D

I just got the LEDs and the product arrived damaged, it is not as if I used it for a while. I just make a prototype...

If you received it in that condition, contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and we will replace it.
