Ice Tube Clock kit third digit not lighting up

Hi I got the Ice Tube Clock kit but I put it together and third digit is not lighting up, now I posting this on a ipad in a car so I can't put photos in right now. Any ways me and my dad have went through the scamatic several times, checked the voltages, and went the parts and sodering job. Now also the other lights are dim.

One digit missing is usually traceable to a bad solder joint somewhere between the VFD chip and the tube itself. If you post clear photos we can help you diagnose it.

Can't really see any detail in the soldering. Can you get some clearer shots a little closer in?
