DC Boarduino - No Red LED Blink

Dear Adafruit,
I built a Boarduino for the first time, and the green LED lit ok with the DC power supply as it is instructed. However, the red LED does not blink three times when I press the reset (C6 is soldered). Where and how should I start to correct the case? There were two jumper pins included in the product package, but I used just one for "ext" according to the instruction. Would this be wrong? Other than the one remaining jumper pin (and a few pin headers), I used all the parts...

If you post clear photos of the front & back of the Boarduino we will check your assembly.

Thank you for the response. I tried to take make the photos as clear as I could.

Looks like a few solder-starved joints there. Have a look at this guide and touch up any joints that look suspect.

Thank you for your comments. I soldered some spots further, but it didn't help. Would you be more specific about the suspected solder starve locations? Is a multi-meter helpful to check if the soldering is ok?

The solder-side photo is too fuzzy to see well, but I marked everything that looked suspicious to me:

Based on the instructions, I tried to solder some more, but still nothing happens for the red LED when I press the reset button. I attached the photos of the current assembly. Would you inspect it and advise me what could be done further to let the red LED blink? Thanks.

OK. The solder looks good now. I suspect the problem is with the processor. Contact support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and ask for a replacement Boarduino processor.
