doesn't work. just finished the tv b gone kit

Well, I must have messed up one of the solder joints. When I put batteries in, the LED's grow warm, then hot. Seems like I shorted something. Any ideas?

I'll have to start over with another kit. Be more careful on soldering.

We're beginnners here, me and my 3 boys (11 years, 11 and 9). Just want to get their hands into this.
