Does the TTL Serial JPEG Camera already comptatible with Mega or Due ?

Yes, the camera communicates via the standard RS-232 serial protocol, so it can be used with the Mega or Due.
The Adafruit library and example code is compatible with the Mega. I don't know if the library is compatible with the Due; if not, you could refer to it to write your own.
I will check on Due compatibility and get back to you...

Due is not supported at this time, Mega can use it but its not as straight-forward as with an Uno. We suggest using an Uno, and then adapting to the Mega once you have the camera working
