Hi
I'm wanting to control the Adafruit 16-Channel 12-bit PWM/Servo Driver with an Arduino Pro Mini 5v/328/16Hz. The tutorial calls for A4 and A5 to be connected to the controller. My Pro Mini only has A0-A3. Can you show my how to do this? I'm not familiar with altering libraries, which is how I assume this can be done.

You do have an A4 and A5 on the ProMini, they are just not labeled on the silkscreen. They are the two holes above A2 and A3.
