USB POV dongle driver issues

New to this and I just got a set of these. I am trying to get my Win7 64bit pc to recognize USB POV Spoke dongle and it doesn't seem that it likes the driver I downloaded from the site. I was wondering if there are other drivers out there I could try? I have also tried this on an XP system and it too didn't like the driver I downloaded. Any help that you can offer on this I would very much appreciate it. Can't wait to play with programming these!
