Got one for a friend, everytime he plugs it in, his charging goes.. then stops.. goes..then stops.
Very intermittent, and no way it can fully charge.
Has anyone else had an issue with this?
Seems to be fully charging my iPod touch 5 no problem.

Make sure you have fresh batteries designed for high-drain use. The Galaxy may also behave better if you short together the two middle pins of the USB connector.
