Do you think the MIDIsense would be suitable for converting CV/Gate signals to MIDI?

For general modulation to cc# I think it would be fine/fun .
For tracking from a sequencer , I think one would have to test to just how fine it would go.
The resistance is to the ground , so a simple NPN switch will be fine .
I have drawn an example . attached
