No Square Wave VCO output

Just completed building my first X0Xbox. The saw output works just fine but the square wave is very faint. I went back through and checked everything on the board and it all looks fine. Any ideas?

Can anyone tell me the voltages out of Q8? Actually all of the voltages for the VCO would be helpful. Thanks.

Ok. So i checked my VCO output voltages. 8.16 for saw and 6.86 for square. I can put a headphone up to the output of the waveform switch and clearly hear the square wave. But it is very, very faint out of the headphone or line out. The saw has plenty of volume though.
