I looked around and can't seem to find a clear answer.
I have a bunch of excess parts that I'll never use, and would like to offer to members of the forum. As an example, I have around 50 brand new NTE 7406 Hex Inverter Buffer/Driver chips. I don't want to sell them, I would like to give them away as long as the person(s) that wants them pays for the shipping cost. Is that allowed?
