iPhone Dress Kills It #WearableWednesday

Elie Tahari is a big Iphone fan and made sure to publicize it at his latest show with an edgy mesh dress covered in 50 of the phones, according to ABC News. Not only did the dress make a big splash, but it had a great tech advantage, showing a 360 deg. view of the event streamed, which fans could access. Perhaps not the most comfortable frock, but definitely one with a view. Needless to say, it was well timed considering it coincided with the launch of the new Iphone 6.

Although I like the dress, I’m always most mesmerized when Apple creates those giant displays in their windows. Perhaps Elie should try making a dress into one mega sized Iphone next time round. Between flat screens and flexible circuits, I think it is quite possible. As for you, I’m going to suggest you play with some NeoPixel strips with our Guggenhat tutorial. It’s bold and flashy and uses Bluetooth, allowing you to control the marquee with your phone — cool, right? Get on it.
