Make It About Adventure Time with a Lumpy Space Princess Costume

lsp costume

Adventure Time is full of wacky and endearing characters, and Lumpy Space Princess is a fan favorite. The no-nonsense princess is proud of her purple lumps and shows them off to the world. YouTuber Eslan Knights made the costume last year for a convention. She used poly stuffing (like you’d use to stuff pillows), fabric glue, lilac fleece and matching thread, interfacing, black fleece, and a lighter yellow fabric. It’s pretty basic – kind of like making a costume size version of a Lumpy Space Princess plush. The below video goes through all the steps, and don’t worry, you can still make this costume even if you’re not great at sewing.
