Dave Holt’s Thunderwear #WearableWednesday

Pete in the Adafruit forums wrote in to show us David Holt’s performance drum garment he calls “thunderwear” in this video from 2008 (starts at 4:00).

  1. Laurie Anderson used similar wearable controls in her concerts in the 1980s. I remember watching her perform a dance/drum solo with a sensor equipped suit.
    (I don’t have YouTube access at the moment, but I think this video shows it) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6mRq1xgKykM&feature=kp

    I also remember her keyboard player playing a keyboard themed tie he was wearing during the concert.
