Check out D10D3’s sweet wearable RasPi rig, complete with data glove! He writes:

This is a 320×240 color display. The guts come from a set of cheap analog video glasses, the case is 3d printed and mounted to a metal head band that wraps around the back of my head. It’s pretty comfortable and stable.
