i threw a tenderloin in for 1.5 hours and then scorched it on the hot bbq for 30 seconds per side….dude i be sous vidden now…and i saved a load of scrilla by doing it this way instead of buying one off the shelf…..
this was a great project that i know i will use often….ok got to go do some more steaks
the lads are on there way with the beer….
