Ladyada is working on some LCD interfacing today, and thought maybe some people would find my super-lucky FPC adapter handy so she is going to get some of them manufactured for the shop. When using this adapter board we guarantee you will roll 7’s and select the right SPI mode the first time! Coming soon!

  1. It would be awesome if this design were updated to 50-pin+ because 24-bit LCDs with backlight on the flex connector usually have more than 40 pins. Otherwise, definitely filling a gap in breakout boards. I like the multi-pitch feature so I only need to have a couple of these boards to cover all of the usual pitches.

  2. How about some tips on how to solder the ribbon connector (techniques, tools, temps, etc.) Looks tricky.
