Making the rounds today, this excellent video by Monty Montgomery about digital (audio) signals. It’s a great discussion of how sampling, dithering, anti-aliasing and bandwidth limits all work together to capture and reconstruct a signal. It’s also suggested that you check out the accompanying wiki — very helpful, indeed, because there’s a LOT of information in this video.
