  1. At the time (1982) UNIX had been available with commercial 3rd party support for 6+ years. I was using it to help make movies (The Last Starfighter).

    The video is a great history lesson on origins of so many things we take for granted in computers these days. … even with the stilted delivery and wooden ‘actors’. Not all great techies have the screen presence of you folks!
