  1. I am personally fond of BOM-EX (http://www.bot-thoughts.com/2012/03/eagle-managing-parts-with-bom-ex.html), which is a suite of Eagle ULPs for managing BOMs. Among other nice features, it includes the ability to directly generate order files that you can upload to Digikey and Mouser.
