EAGLE FEATURE SURVEY @ element14. Jorge writes-

The idea behind this survey, is to collect user feedback on what features they would like to see implemented in future releases of EAGLE. This will help guide the development team to implement the most demanded features first. Thank you in advance for your participation.

EAGLE has made great updates when the community has asked, here’s your chance!

  1. I was torn between visual diff and better export options (for mechanical design). Voted for visual diff since it’s probably more useful to me day to day, but being able to export to other packages in a better way would be great since the link between PCB and enclosure feels a bit weak at times (though perhaps it’s just my own ignorance as well).

  2. Hi Guys,

    Thanks for posting this!

    @Kevin

    I agree, right now the best way is probably to use the dxf import and export ULPs available to go from EAGLE to a mechanical CAD package and back. There is also the EAGLEup package which is great but only interfaces with sketchup. We expect to have some improvements in these areas in the coming months.

    Best Regards,
