This looks a lot like a stripped down version of Alibre Design 2012. I don’t see a lot of my favorite features so I’d still go for the $200 ADPE myself.

@Diego: all parametric CAD programs look like SolidWorks — you can’t patent look-and-feel.

Anyway, I agree with you… Most of them look very similar, its just the way they work that seperates them from each other.

Apple has lost it’s share of look and feel cases. When they ‘win’ it’s only through attrition.
Most of these packages work the same way too, except for Pro/Engineer (aka Creo), which is like mirror-universe SolidWorks.

I for one am glad to see the windows market finally getting a CAD program. I’m glad this company has the courage to fill such a small niche!
