Watch the Transit of Venus Live on NASA EDGE Now!

Here in the NYC metro area, we’re clouded over. :( Fortunately, we can still watch live streaming of the Venutian Solar transit over on NASA EDGE!:

This is the Official Sun-Earth Day webcast for the Transit of Venus. Don’t miss the NASA EDGE team and the Sun-Earth Day team as they bring you this last of a lifetime event live from the top of Mount Mauna Kea, Hawaii, through our partnership with the University of Hawaii Institute for Astronomy.

Some great commentary on the transit, as well as how NASA studies these phenomena and how we learn about our solar system. Worth watching just for the enthusiastic and engaging commentary. :)
