MAKE’s Mintronics: MENTA! in the MakerShed & here is the Make: Projects how-to by Ladyada!
The Mintronics: Menta is a unique Arduino-compatible microcontroller kit. It features a handy, on-board prototyping space and is specifically designed to use the included mint tin as an enclosure! This makes it perfect for logging applications and on-the-go development. The prototyping area is perfectly sized for one of our mini breadboards (not included) so you can wire circuits without soldering. Ready for some expansion? The Menta can be used with all Arduino-compatible shields. The Mintronics: Menta kit was designed in NYC by open source hardware pioneer Adafruit Industries, in partnership with MAKE and Maker Shed. Note: Requires FTDI programmer (like the FTDI Friend) and soldering.
We will also have this in the Adafruit store starting May 2nd, 20012 but you can pick one up now from MAKE!

Yay, glad it’s fixed. I saw this initially from the Make release, and the first thing I did was type in the URL. I was a little disappointed that the gorgeous board pointed to a dead link. I probably would never have tried if I hadn’t seen it on another site first.
Now I need a new project to get one…

Any chance of a SMD section top or on the under side for say a thermocouple amp or I2C memory etc.
I’d give up the centre power bus for a SMD break out.
Wouldn’t it be nice to be just a little more special.
