Disney’s Cars 2 Flo’s V8 Cafe – EL Wire sign made with Adafruit gear…

I just finished making a sign for my son’s birthday this Sunday.  I used the EL wire you carry to make a sign to put near the food.  I wrote up how I connected the EL wire to the posterboard/matboard in case anyone else wants to do something similar.  I’d not seen this method of attachment documented elsewhere so I figured I’d write it down.  I hope this is helpful for someone else, and I think it showcases a neat use of the EL wire product you carry.  Other methods I thought of using to attach the EL wire to the board were zip ties (visually messy), fishing line (too much work making small knots), hot glue (messy and visible on the front side), and clear packing tape (messy and hard to make look nice).
