  1. those are some insane robots. Do those have a 6dof imu? I saw that it mentioned that the winner was using an accelerometer…surprising not a gyro

    We’ve been looking at using a gyro for basic PID stabilization at school

  3. A gyro is used for controlling the turns and keeping the mouse running straight when needed. I am not sure that anyone has made real use of an accelerometer as part of the control system although several are trying.
