Over 99.9999% of packages from Adafruit to international destinations make it just fine. But sometimes there are delays, theft, customs issues or something just doesn’t work out. Over the last few months it seems there is a worldwide slow down in many countries, specifically customs offices. We ship extremely fast and we’re right next to one of the biggest mail hubs in the world, so most customers get their orders extremely fast but a few do not.

When something gets lost or delayed, we do our best to assist customers. A fellow in India never received his order, while we took care of it like we usually do – he was kind enough to post this on AskReddit and he emailed us.
