ZENCART ZENSDAY – Indicate address mismatches on invoice. In an effort to help others start their businesses we’re releasing parts of our shopping cart software, based on the open source Zen Cart. Here’s our latest – When a customer’s billing and shipping address don’t match, it can be anything from a gift purchase to straight up fraud. This will put a big red box around it whenever this happens. NOTE: This does not validate the addresses themselves, only that they don’t match each other. Depending on many factors we may hold the hold, ship it or call / email the customer. While fraud is rare with all the precautions we have, this helped us eliminate practically all of it.
