  1. These are awesome calipers and they’re worth every penny- I use them every day. My calipers are 17 years old and they still work just like new.

  2. “Use the thumbwheel to get a good tight grip on the material” – that to me sounds like a lot more force than should be used! It should be enough pressure to ensure good contact, but not enough to grip the object being measured!

  3. Replaced my battery this year. >10 years since I bought mine but they are used weekly vs daily.
