we wanted to show how PID works, since it has to be tuned anyways
there’ll be a pointer to your library at the end

On AAE the other night looked like all the pans you were evaluating were 12"-14" – is the intended use one board at a time or several?
If a single board – would a smaller area be better / more even heat?
$20 for a 600W 7" with tempered glass lid seems like a good

Also – most of the skillets I’ve seen have a non-stick coating – lots of chatter in the cooking forums about these films releasing toxins – found one article claiming"
