I can’t think of a situation where you’d need this. Surely you’d only be blocking GPS in your own car? Unless you had just nicked a car and were blocking the tracking system?
Or do company cars have GPS tracking these days?

Some rental car agencies use GPS to make sure you don’t break the speed limit or go outside your rental range. Not any more!

This is for people that don’t know how to remove a fuse or unplug a wire. As an alternative you could tape some aluminum foil over the antenna. All without risking the attention of US customs for importing it.
