Ironically “FREE” is not in fact ‘free’, plus scribd’s “publishing partners” seem to have this happy delusion that somehow their little content pile on the internet needs to be “geographically restricted” from anyone outside the united states, even though the internet itself is not. Yet another old media fail attempting to disguise itself as new media vision.
