Talkin’ Table

Et Dukkehjem Audio Test from John Marshall on Vimeo.

This to-be art project from Root Of Two combines electronics, speakers and a table. The project uses an Arduino and a Wave Shield and will have some sort of motion sensor – perhaps it will start speaking when people get close to it?

This is exactly the kind of project I was thinking of when I designed the Wave shield so I’m glad to see it being used!

  1. You can see the final result here: http://designedobjects.blogspot.com/2008/09/et-dukkehjem-video.html as shown during the Chain Reaction festival 11-14 September, 2008, Skopje, Macedonia. Our latest project uses 2 Wave Shields, 24 Arduinos, 660 super bright LEDs, 17 passive infrared sensors and a whole load of wiring. You can see that here: http://designedobjects.blogspot.com/2008/11/fire-project.html
Thanks for a great product, excellent tutorials and support. Cheers.
